A quilter's ruler used to make perfect picots in a continuous row of material. Makes 1" tall picot points, perfect for embellishing your quilt edges. Ruler is made from flexible polycarbonate plastic and measures 23" long, 4" wide. This is a smaller version of the ruler used in Ahoy! and Ahoy Again! quilts.
